How does ELOOP subscription work?

With the ELOOP car subscription, you can drive without any worries. Simply subscribe to the Tesla at a fixed monthly price, have it delivered and start driving. Simply decide the duration and your mileage package. Send us an enquiry online or arrange a free online consultation. When you complete your subscription, you’ll have your car on your doorstep within 9 days. 

What are the advantages of an ELOOP subscription? 

You drive. We take care of the rest. You can flexibly choose from a term of 3 to 24 months. (Almost) everything is included in the subscription: Tax, registration, third-party and fully comprehensive insurance, vignette, service, tyre change, mobility guarantee, depreciation and 1,000 km per month. You only have to pay the charging costs yourself.

Who can book an ELOOP subscription?

The ELOOP subscription is suitable for anyone who does not wish to buy, lease or share a Tesla. Any private person or company with a residence or company headquarters in Austria can subscribe to cars with ELOOP. The minimum age is 23 years. 

How does the delivery of the subscription car work?

Within Vienna, delivery is free of charge. For a fee, we will deliver your car anywhere in Austria. The handover takes about 30 minutes. Our staff will activate your Tesla account in the Tesla App and hand over a Tesla Key Card for your car. Each additional Key Card costs 30 €. If you wish, you will also receive a short introduction to the most important features of the car and, of course, helpful tips and tricks for everyday use. 

Are the kilometres included in the subscription freely allocable?

1,000 km are included per month. How you divide up your free kilometres is entirely up to you. You will be billed at the end of your subscription period, i.e. when you return the vehicle. If you decide to purchase a higher kilometre package during your subscription, you can simply add it in the following month. The earliest reduction of the kilometre package is possible after 6 months. If you drive more than the contractually agreed kilometres, you will be charged for these after the end of the subscription. 

Subscription: Can I drive abroad?

You can drive in over 30 European countries without additional charges. Comprehensive insurance, roadside assistance and mobility guarantee are included with every trip.

Subscription: Can other people also drive my car?

Of course. All drivers must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid class B driving licence. 

Is there a minimum subscription period?

The minimum period is 3 months. However, if you drive for longer, you will always drive cheaper.

Subscription: What do I do in the event of an accident?

Please make sure that nobody was injured and secure the scene of the accident. In any case, call the police. This also applies to minor damage. It is your duty to note the name of the other car owner(s) involved, the licence plate and the police file number and to immediately send the support team a written accident report. Please contact support and report any damage to [email protected] Call our emergency number, which will connect you to our roadside assistance service. This way, you always have a mobility guarantee in over 30 European countries. Of course, if your car breaks down for a longer period of time, a replacement car will be provided.

Subscription: What do I do if my car breaks down?

Please secure the car and the danger zone properly! Contact our emergency number immediately. Our support team will connect you to our roadside assistance service. This way, you always have a mobility guarantee throughout over 30 European countries. Of course, in case of a longer breakdown of your car, a replacement car will be provided.

Subscription: How does the return of the car work?

In addition to the monthly payment, a one-off collection fee of 199 € is due at the end of your subscription period. Of course, you can also return the car yourself, which will not incur any further costs. If you take out a follow-up subscription, this fee is waived.

Subscription: How high is the deductible in the event of damage?

The excess is 1,200 € for comprehensive damage and 1,200 € for third-party liability damage. A reduction of the deductible to 600 € each for comprehensive and third-party liability damage is possible.

Subscription: Term, cancellation and right of withdrawal

The following terms are offered: 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. The subscriptions always end automatically at the end of the selected contract period, but can be extended under the same conditions. The contract does not provide for early termination before the end of the term and ends automatically upon return. In the event of a renewal of the current subscription, we require written confirmation 30 days before expiry. After renewal, a monthly cancellation with 30 days notice is possible.
After conclusion of the contract, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days. This must be done in writing. The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the car has been handed over.

How do I get the 200 € bonus as a subscription user?

If you refer another ELOOP subscription customer as a subscription user, you will receive a bonus of 200 €. The duration of the subscription does not matter. Please let us know in advance by email to whom you have recommended our subscription. The person confirms that they were referred by you. The money will then be deducted from your monthly bill.

What does roadside assistance mean?

No matter where you are driving with ELOOP, you will always get help in an emergency – in over 30 European countries. All users enjoy our mobility guarantee on every trip.
